Technical Director – Pancosma China

Pancosma is a global leader in the research development and supply of innovative feed additives including Plant Extracts, Flavouring & Sweetening Palatants, and Organic Trace Minerals. The global headquarter is based in Rolle, Switzerland. Pancosma joined ADM group on Feb 1, 2019.

Pancosma China was established in 2007 and offers feed additives imported directly from our overseas plants or manufactured at Zhang Jia Gang Jiangsu plant. With recent business expansion, Pancosma China seeks to hire a technical director.

Key responsibilities:

Ø   Provide technical solutions to help existing customers and gain new customers

Ø   Conduct technical trainings to the sales team of Pancosma China and their distributors

Ø   Prepare product technical documentations and marketing materials to help promote products

Ø   Be involved in handling customers complaints together with QC and sales teams

Ø   Develop competitive product offerings for China market by working with corporate R&D, local Quality and Sales Departments. Coordinate university and conviction (field) trials.

Ø   Build strong working relationships with university, allied members of the industry, media outlet, and corporate technical teams

Ø   Be responsible for registration of imported new products together with QC manager

Position requirements

Ø   Ph.D. in Non-Ruminant Nutrition

Ø   10+ year working experience as a technical service nutritionist in a leading feed additive company. Candidates with formulation experience & international company exposure are preferred.

Ø   Ability to create and present interesting and technical presentations

Ø   Demonstrated leadership, management and teamwork skills

Ø   Proven ability to interact well with external and internal customers

Ø   Good business sense and high integrity

Ø   Willingness to travel

Ø   Fluency in English: be able to do translation for foreign speakers
