Animine is recruiting a Technical Manager China (Monogastrics)
1) Your main mission :
- Be the company technical reference giving technical support to distributors and customers in collaboration with the sales director
- Be responsible of the range of product and approve all technical decisions related to the products and their production
- Manage the quality manager
- Supervise all technical documents
- Contribute to product literature, and media publication
- Set up local research strategy, manage customer trials from protocol design to final report
- Develop good relationships with opinion leaders and Chinese universities
- Decide the marketing strategy with the sales director and the general manager
- Depending on the profile, could be also marketing manager: transfer and adapt the marketing information and action to China.
2) The skills expected
- Min. experience in the feed additives industry (3 years)
- University master degree in animal science, nutrition or veterinary (PHD will be a plus) .
- Fluent in English (Both oral and written)- mandatory
- Autonomous with good communication skills and team spirit
- Ready to travel
